These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and aec65 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all aspects of your use of the aec65 website, mobile platform, and all associated services offered under the aec65 brand.

aec65 is an online betting and gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slot games, and related entertainment services to eligible players. The platform is designed to serve the Bangladeshi market and processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the aec65 platform in any manner. They should be read in conjunction with the aec65 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

aec65 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the aec65 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from aec65 or had an account closed for a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of aec65 or any of its affiliated service providers or game suppliers.

aec65 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by aec65 may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the aec65 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering an account on aec65, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You acknowledge that providing false information at the point of registration is a material breach of these Terms.

aec65 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All registered players are required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal. Acceptable documents for KYC verification include:

• Valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladeshi Passport
• Valid Bangladeshi Driving Licence (where applicable)

aec65 may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes, including proof of address and proof of the source of funds used for deposits. Players who are unable or unwilling to provide such documentation may have their accounts restricted or closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aec65 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. aec65 will never ask you to share your password or OTP with any aec65 staff member, agent, or third party.

You agree to notify aec65 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any loss or theft of your credentials, or any other security breach affecting your account. aec65 will take reasonable steps to assist you following such notification but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

All transactions placed using your account credentials are deemed to be authorised by you. aec65 cannot reverse bets or void transactions that were placed prior to a security incident being reported.

aec65 employs 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption across all platform sessions to protect data in transit. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. However, no digital security system is entirely without risk, and aec65 strongly recommends that players use strong, unique passwords and enable all available account security features.

All financial transactions on the aec65 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). aec65 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by aec65; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond aec65's control.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are credited to your aec65 account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. aec65 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, mobile network outages, or bank processing times outside its control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your account, unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from aec65 support.
• aec65 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.

aec65 employs anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with standard industry practice. Any transaction that triggers an AML review may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. aec65 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

All bets placed on the aec65 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type at the time the bet is placed. These rules are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the player, except where aec65 expressly offers a "Cash Out" feature on the relevant market and the player exercises that option within the permitted timeframe.

aec65 reserves the right to void any bet — in whole or in part — under the following circumstances:

• The bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the stated odds, lines, or game parameters.
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement timeframe, or its result is rendered void by the relevant governing body.
• The platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in connection with match-fixing, event manipulation, or any other corrupt activity.
• The bet was placed in breach of any applicable rule, including eligibility restrictions or account limitations.

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, at aec65's sole discretion, including during periods of high uncertainty or where reliable data feeds are temporarily unavailable. aec65 is not liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from market suspension.

Winnings are credited to the player's aec65 account balance upon event settlement. Settlement times are indicative and may be delayed in exceptional circumstances such as appeals, protests, or official result reviews by governing bodies such as the ICC, BPL governing authority, or FIFA.

aec65 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All promotions are subject to their specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant promotional offer.

The following general rules apply to all aec65 bonuses unless explicitly overridden by the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to one registered account per player, per household, and per device.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account.
• aec65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of termination will be honoured.
• Where a bonus is credited as a result of a technical error or system glitch, aec65 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly awarded amount, including any winnings derived from such funds.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the aec65 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the aec65 platform, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with aec65 support.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the aec65 platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the aec65 platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, casino staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to place bets on events where you have access to material non-public information (insider knowledge).
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward aec65 staff or other platform users.

aec65 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes player welfare seriously. The platform provides a suite of self-management tools that all registered players may access free of charge at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your aec65 account.
• Loss Limits: Set caps on the total amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a specified duration of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aec65 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the aec65 platform without prior written consent from aec65.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform software.
• Use the aec65 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks for commercial purposes without express written authorisation.
• Frame or embed any part of the aec65 platform within another website or application without prior written approval.

Any unauthorised use of aec65 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aec65, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the aec65 platform.

aec65's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their aec65 account during the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aec65 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. aec65 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain service availability but is not liable for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service provider outages, or circumstances beyond aec65's reasonable control (force majeure events).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aec65's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

aec65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, aec65 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform's on-screen notification system and/or by email to the address registered on your account, where practicable.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document indicates the date on which the current version of the Terms came into force. The effective date is updated each time the Terms are materially revised.

Your continued use of the aec65 platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the aec65 platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be interpreted in the English language and governed by the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms in the jurisdiction from which aec65 services its players.

In the event of a dispute between a player and aec65, the player should first contact the aec65 customer support team at [email protected] and provide full written details of the complaint. aec65 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal support process to the player's satisfaction, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. aec65 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will not use procedural complexity to frustrate legitimate player claims.
